Bagaginha advances with a structured technical and environmental foundation

The Bagaginha Project, in Natividade, Tocantins, is held under ANM process 864.029/2020 and covers approximately 99.93 hectares. VLGOLD is advancing the asset with equal attention to mineral exploration, licensing and regulatory requirements.

The regional work completed to date integrates geological, geochemical and airborne geophysical information. The findings identified anomalies that will guide the next investigation stages; they do not represent a mineral resource or reserve.

The project holds Environmental Operating License no. 14/2025, issued by Naturatins and valid through March 25, 2029. The Trial Mining Permit remains subject to review by Brazil's National Mining Agency.
